I've owned one for about a year and have used it for doing home recordings and the guitar never fails to surprise me with the quality of tones I get out of it. Don't expect this to give you the classic twangy Tele sound as it has Duncan-designed P-90 humbucker pickups so it's more suited for rock than the standard Tele country-style sound, although it could be used for that as well. If you can't decide which Squier Tele to choose, go with this one...I don't think you'll be disappointed. For the money, you really can't go wrong because you can get tones out of this guitar rivaling instruments costing 4 times the price. Can't believe no one's reviewed it here before now!
