It is a beautifully made piece with the mahogany sunburst, rosewood neck, ivory inlays and guilded hardware. Sounds warm amped or unlpugged. My 17 year old had been borrowing it with some regularity, so I saw this remake & knew that I had to get him one of his own. I purchased it in black from Amazon & got a fantastic price with the fitted hard case included. Service was first rate from Amazon; everything came on time & with no damage. The guitar itself is very similar to the original. Electronics have been update, action is a tad higher & the strings are a little heavier. I don't think that you can do much better than this for the price.
