This Dixie rebel is a shredders dream come true!
Mahogany set neck, mahogany body,DUNCAN Dime bucker and of course
DIME BAGS favorite Floyd Rose double locking tremlo.
Rose wood fret board.
Some of these are string through so make sure which one your buying on line.I have also noticed that the string through design has a little different paint job. It doesn't look as aged.
This guitar sounds great with a lot of crunch and power
for all of you Pantera fans out there.
The neck is fast and has a cool REBEL in lay at the #12 fret.
Not to mention that the killer paint job really finishes this ax off.
Don't be fooled by all of the cheap xl's that are on the market.
This is the real deal.
UPDATE/ The only real draw back I have noticed so far is the finnish. There are tiny little cracks all through the clear coat now. From what I hear, other guitar players and from Dean, there was an error made in putting the clear cote on with some of these guitars and alot of them all have the same issue. It wont affect the playability at all. Just re/sale value if people are picky about the finnish on purchasing a used guitar.
This guitar is a must have for your guitar arsenal.
If you like this guitar check out Deans war bird as well.

The USA Rebel Razorback is an eye-catching addition to Dean's Dimebag lineup, with the notorious Razorback shape emblazoned in a hand-airbrushed, distressed Rebel Flag graphic, and the 12th-fret "Dime Razor" inlay. It also delivers in the tone and playability departments, with a blazing Duncan Dimebucker and Dean "DimeTime" humbucker combo, Grover tuners, a Floyd Rose trem, and DBD traction knobs.

Dime ItThe late great Dimebag Darrell is a serious metal guitar hero, and Dean's series of Dimebag models pays homage. Dimebag started playing Dean ML style guitars in the late '70s, and made it one of the most recognizable shapes today. Dean offers a wide variety of Dimebag models to choose from, all boasting Dimebag's distinctive look and tons of mojo and attitude.

Mahogany BodyAs with the original models, Dean uses a mahogany body for this Razorback.Mahogany is a common choice for electrics, dependably delivering a warm, full tone with plenty of punch and sustain. And of course it looks great with the hand-airbrushed, distressed Rebel flag.

Set Neck ConstructionThis axe features a set mahogany neck, which imparts all the well-known advantages of that style: a warmer overall tone with extended low-end response, wicked sustain, and easy upper-fret access (enhanced even further by the cutaways).

The 24-3/4-inch scale neck features a rosewood fingerboard, decorated with arrow inlays and a "Dime razor" inlay at the 12th fret.

Seymour Duncan Dimebucker Bridge Pickup Seymour's SH-13 Dimebuckers were designed with the man himself to provide serious output and an aggressive tone. The Dimebucker uses a powerful ceramic magnet and stainless steel blades for serious crunch. The SH-13 boasts more treble bite than a lot of humbuckers, along with low-end punch and exceptional dynamics.

A Dean "Dimetime"humbucker completes the package up in the neck position, with each pickup getting its own volume conrol, along with a shared tone and three-way toggle.

Grover TunersIf you play guitar then you know what this means--solid, dependable tuning from the industry standard. These guitar machines are a triumph in engineering and style, with a gear ratio of 14:1, perfect gear meshing, and zero backlash and slippage. The gear box has a special lubricant for lifetime, trouble-free service.
Original Floyd Rose Tremolo SystemThe patented and often imitated double-locking design of the Floyd Rose Tremolo System allows you to lock your guitar in tune at the nut and at the bridge. Engineered like no other tremolo system, the Floyd's high-quality steel parts are manufactured to exacting specifications. Beat it up as much as you want--from traditional vibrato to dive bombing leads or flapping loose strings, and stay in tune while you do it.

DBD Traction KnobsDimebag always rocked his "traction knobs," which he created by taking a soldering iron to them, for knobs that are grippable no matter how much sweat's pouring off you on stage. Dean faithfully recreates that here.
