(More customer reviews)This is just simply a great guitar. Keep in mind the floyd rose is licensed but I have dive bombed on this guitar repeatedly and it does not go out of tune. The 255 comes with active EMG pickups. Mine is not the 255 version but the one just under it, but I know the EMG's simply scream as a fellow musicians has these pickups and they are brutal.
My Dime V came with a dimebucker but still is a very good pickup.
You may want to have the action set by a Luthier to your preference. I was able to adjust mine with some ease but I have playing quite a while. Also, do you homeowork on floyd's before you change the strings or you could be hurtin'. The bridge must be blocked before removing the strings or you will throw the whole set up off. Also, floyd's require the balls on the string to be cut before being placed into the bridge. This is not about this particular guitar, floyd's are great tremolos but you must have some basic knowledge of how they work.
