The item we ordered initially was incorrectly illustrated - a different 'decor'. The vendor immediately contacted us, explained the 'issue', apologized for the confusion, and made good on the deal. Oh ... the vendor initiated the corrective action; we didn't even know there was a problem. That's pretty good customer service by any standard.
