(More customer reviews)I first heard about the new Sterling by Music Man basses on YouTube. I liked what I heard, so I went to my local music store and played the Ray34. I was very impressed. It sounded just like a USA Stingray, but was about half the price. I also tried the SB14, which sounded very good as well. I wanted to try the Ray35 but they didn't have it in stock. So I did some more research, and most people had good things to say about the Ray35. I decided to order it from Amazon. After about a week, it finally arrived. My Ray35 has a natural finish, and it looks great. The action was too low when I first took it out of the box, but I was able to fix that with the allen wrench that was supplied with the bass. The bass sounds and feels wonderful, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for the sound and feel of a US-made Music Man bass at an affordable price.
