(More customer reviews)I purchased this guitar,(Gitane DG-310)through Amazon PRIME. The rosewood rims and back are as good or better than you typically on very high priced Martin guitars. The sitka spruce used for the top as well as the workmanship are exquisite! I believe one could invest much more and end up with much less. The bottom line with any guitar is the sound. This one is "punchy" as well as much louder might be expected. My experience with PRIME was also excellent. I have purchased instruments from the other major catalouge stores. Truthfully, I would prefer to trade with Amazon. These people try very hard to please and when something goes wrong they correct it poste-haste! Sincerely, RYAN D.
