(More customer reviews)I agree with most of the first review here. I've had this model for two years and tried a lot of things to get the pick-up sounding like a banjo instead of an electric guitar. I'm afraid I haven't succeeded - however that's not put me off it. I love this banjo. After many attempts I discovered that Elexir Bronze 11s and an AKG instrument mic get a great banjo sound. The instrument loud and resonant as well.
Someone's going to make a proper banjo mic one day and make a fortune.
