(More customer reviews)I am a professional performing and studio musician and I am very impressed with the versatility and raw power of this little box. It has unbelievably responsive tone shaping, and the Sansamp tube modeling is as smooth and warm as you could hope for. The casing seems nice and solid, although the battery lid feels a little bit flimsy. Also, the ground lift being combined with the Phantom switch means that you have to run on battery power if the PA ground has any hum. That said, the main reason I am writing this is that when it arrived it was packaged very poorly. I ordered it directly from Amazon and when it arrived it was sitting in the box with just a packing slip and a one extremely undersized plastic air cushion that was deflated. The tin that the pedal comes in was dented in numerous places and the lid was off. Luckily the pedal itself seems to be built well enough to have withstood the shipping abuse but I would definitely order this product from a different site.
