(More customer reviews)This is a great product, it would deserve much more airtime. I have been playing guitar for about 20 years and was looking for something that would make it easier and more time-efficient to learn new things. This is it.
Software installation went without a hitch, and the guitar is truly plug-and-play from the first time you connect it via USB: when you plug it in, a screen appears that says, "Fretlight guitar connected!" That's it, ready to go.
The instrument itself is of great quality, very close to a real Strat. Good pickups, great sound.
The software comes with a few built-in songs, lessons, and improvisation progressions/scales. It's great, I thoroughly recommend this product. Also, came very fast, all perfect really. Also, when you register you get five additional songs for free.
