(More customer reviews)OK, here goes nothing. I grabbed this guitar since I couldn't pass it up when it was only $134.69 with free shipping. I watched it for a while and the price would jump around...
Now my first impressions. Packing was decent and kept it safe during transport. The guitar has a very dirty feel to it. Flip the guitar over and you will see the serial number is a sticker. There is a big MADE IN CHINA sticker as well on the back of the headstock. I had no idea this was made in china,I guess I should pay better attention in the future. The EMG sticker on the pick-guard will take a very long time to remove as it shreds when you try to take it off. The pickups sound pretty good, especially the double coil.
It will take a while to set it up properly as with most tremolo guitars. Not a big fan of the fake aging on the hardware. It is more like paint than a aging process. So far I can't get the guitar to stay in tune more than 2 minutes but that again could be due to not having the tremolo setup properly.
The neck feels pretty good with a little of that dirty feeling. The fret edges could be filed a little more but nothing major there.
Overall, for less than $135 it will be a great "beater" guitar once I get it set-up.
