I got this thing about a month ago, very nice.fast neck, good tone.I run it thru a randall amp which is good for breaking windows, pissing off neighbors, and making dogs howl.So try one at your local music store but make sure the sales putts plugs it in a amp worthy of this animal.so go now,I SAID NOW!

Like works of art, each design is a work of art, individual, but still showing Schecter examples of quality in durability, playability, and of course, sound. The Damien FR is a beast of a guitar that uses EMG FH4 and H4 humbuckers on an arched Basswood body for the ultimate combination of tone and comfort.

I have this guitar for over 8 months and I have not had any problems with it. This is very well-made guitar. I see no flaws in the beautiful finish. The set up was perfect out of the box with good action. The EMG pick ups are very hot and perfect for metal. The tuners are Schecter locking tuners on my guitar which stays in tune all the time. Overall this is an outstanding guitar and beautiful Guitar.

Schecter Damien Elite-7 FR Seven String Electric Guitar - Crimson Red Review

Schecter Damien Elite-7 FR Seven String Electric Guitar - Crimson Red

First off, this guitar is amazing looking.I have the crimson red version. The guitar was setup with very low action on arrival. This makes playing alot easier if youre a shred type player.Getting used to the bigger fretboard on a 7-string was easier than i thought and i have average size hands. The inlays are a nice touch also. Now the reason i put ALMOST PERFECT!Reaching the 23rd and 24th fret is almost impossible unless you take your thumb off the back of the neck!Besides that you cant go wrong!

Schecter Omen-6 Electric Guitar (Gloss Black) Review

Schecter Omen-6 Electric Guitar (Gloss Black)
Average Reviews:

This instrument really sounds and looks amazing. When I saw the price, I was very surprized, expecting a $450 tag - it was actually $300. After playing the guitar on an amp with all possible effects on it, I was able to prove to myself that it can produce the sounds for any type of music - from hard rock to fusion to vintage rock'n'roll. It is not only a heavy metal guitar, although it can handle the genre with total ease. The guitar's powerful output make it a perfect axe for fusion.
The guitar is contoured like the Fender Stratocaster, but this is where the similarities end:
a) the high-quality Schecter twin humbuckers produce that thick Gibson sound
b) the high-gloss black body has a carved arch top, and the neck is angled back, just as on a Les Paul.
c) the strings go through the body for increased sustain and cool look
e) the neck is bolted 24-fret, giving more elbow room for playing higher up
d) the headstock is smaller, more convenient for tighter areas, and compensating for the longer neck, so that a regular gigbag will fit just fine
f) simple electronics - only one tone control and one volume control are provided, with a 3-way PU switch
g) the body is thicker than a Strat, add to that the arched top - pretty thick, yet not quite as heavy as a Les Paul.
i) the construction and hardware are super-solid, with no plastic pickguard, or large cavities of a Strat.
It is built in Indonesia and set up in the US, meaning that the quality control is up to the US standards.
Overall impression: the Stratocaster's unmatched egronomics + Les Paul's tone + super-sleek modern look make this guitar a real joy to play and look at. It compares positively with similar price range models from Ibanez, Cort or Washburn, in my opinion, which I have personally tried.

Here's a dark omen from Schecter--a gloss black Omen 6 to be precise. Aspiring and experienced shredders will find plenty to like in this model, from the ultra-playable maple neck to the high-output Schecter pickups. Add the TonePros Tune-O-Matic bridge with string-thru-body design, 24 jumbo frets, and more than you might expect in such an affordable axe, and you'll find this may be a good omen.

Ready to Rock The Omen 6 is an affordable axe for beginners and veterans alike, pairing affordability with solid Schecter construction. It features a basswood body for a pronounced tone, suitable for rhythm or lead playing.
The speedy 25.5-inch scale maple neck is topped off with a rosewood fretboard and 24 jumbo frets, with dot inlays.
Schecter Diamond Plus Pickups These high-output Schecter humbuckers are ready to deliver, whether you're cranking out squealing pinch harmonics or something a little more nuanced.
The three-way switch lets you dial in neck or bridge tones, or in between.
Graph Tech "Tusq" Nut The precision Tusq nut is made with Graph Tech's "man made ivory," which couples the strings' vibrations to the neck and is impregnated with Teflon to improve the tuning performance of your guitar. Play as hard as you want, bend a few steps, and your strings glide back into tune. The highly resonant material also means you'll get more richness and harmonics from every note.
Dependable Hardware The TonePros Tune-O-Matic bridge with string-thru-body design means even more sustain and harmonics, and Schecter tuners for plenty of tuning stability.

Schecter Damien Elite-7 FR Seven String Electric Guitar Left Handed Review

Schecter Damien Elite-7 FR Seven String Electric Guitar Left Handed

Bought this guitar a couple months ago and it was the best $600 I've spent...
Its very comfortable and not too heavy at all, the neck plays fast and the action is nice and low so there's not much needed effort to fret the strings. The EMG pickups are amazing, and when played a loud volumes, sounds extremely heavy and crunchy.
The Floyd Rose special system is amazing, I did all types of dive bombs whammy tricks and it never went the slightest out of tune.
This guitar is perfect for metal/hardcore music or anything heavy. I would highly recommend buying this, it's well worth the money.
PROS:
Great pickups
Great Floyd Rose system
Fast neck
Low action
Very comfortable
Stays in tune
Looks great
CONS:
Whammy bar feels a little far off the body (a little difficult to strum and hold whammy bar at the same time with pick hand)
Cutaway a little shallow (a little difficult to reach 24th fret on 1st 3 string, very difficult for last 3)
