Traveler Guitar Escape MK-II Acoustic-Electric Travel Guitar (Steel String, Deluxe Gig Bag) Review
Average Reviews:
(More customer reviews)I really didn't understand the design of this product; when i purchased it. But this is a truly awesome design. This is a professional instrument. Incredibly portable. I feel fortunate that this "new" design of this established product, just one year old; is really the finest evolution of the Traveler product line to date; and I purchased it at this time. The sound is quite natural when paired with an Acoustic AMP. If not paired with an Amp; but used purely as a traveling guitar for practice; this works without using the included headphones, and built-in pre-amp; just as a very high-end finger board! However when used with headphones; I jsut used my professional in-the-ear Sure 500s; I can fade into a practice world, in the middle of anywhere! The string action is entirely natural; pre-amp /pick-up design, a totally high-end purist level design. Who cares the design turns heads; the product alllows me to take concert level performance, anywhere, any time, in a minimalist package. See my review of the Fliptone Amp. You won't be disappointed! One reviewer was disamyed body of the unit says made in China; unfortunately, that is a testament of the "times" and not a statement about the instruments quality, whcih bespeaks from it's heritage, from its' multi-national designers and manufacturers! The feel of the instrument, is almost like an illusionary moment; in that it's size, feels so entirely natural! See my related review for the AMP!FlipTone v.25 Portable Guitar Amp
