(More customer reviews)I just recently purchased a Blueridge 160A and was surprised with the quality of the guitar both tonewise and aesthetically. The bracing inside is pristine without a speck of glue or rough unfinished edges. The tone is in the class of some guitars Ive sampled at guitar center costing $2000. The difference is primarily the lack of a USA brand name or high dollar boutique label( I believe it is a polyurethane finish as opposed to nitrocelluose on some more expensive guitars). I've owned an expensive Laravee Rosewood dreadnaught (sold it)and it did not resonate with the punch and clarity of this guitar. Nice setup out of the box. Killer tone. New Guitar smell...ahhhhhhh
Had the guitar two weeks now and discovered the harder I play it the better it sounds, wow. The soundboard comes alive under attack. Clear and solid voice...great punch. Exactly what I was looking for.
