I read hundreds of reviews and watched tons of youtube vids of all styles because I always felt that the American Fenders were over priced (and they are). I had always heard good things about G&L and I bought this bad boy sight unseen. It is now my go to guitar. I love everything about it. I love the neck, even though it is quite different from Fender, because it is really wide all the way to the nut and it is not as thick. This thing plays better than any American strat I have played and at a fraction of the cost. Do yourself a favor if you are in the market for a strat and buy this mutha!!!
