Kustom Quad 100DFX 2x12" Guitar Combo Amplifier Review

Although I didn't buy this amp new, it still kicks. Loud rich tones, (celestions RAWK!!) Perfect for practice and gigs. I would suggest, as with any combo amp, get an amp stand so that you can turn down the volume, by bringing the speakers closer or in the direction of ears. You may have to search for and buy an A/B effect channel switch pedal. I purchased a fender A/B pedal for less than $30.00 from a local music store. Right now I practice with another guitarist who uses a b-52 head and marshall cab and I can still match him. That's not to mention the drummer and the bass player who has a full ampeg cab. This will definately put you in business (i.e. a band). One should consider though, later, additional combos. I'm currently looking at the Fender Hotrod Deluxe (used by coldplay), but that's just because I like their sound. Anyway, you will definately get your money's worth and be a working musician, especially if you are on a budget.
Cheers!!!
